In order to reclaim our power as women, we must understand our history with it. Our personal and cultural experiences with power (and its misuses) greatly influence our belief about what power is and how it works. It influences our ability to lay claim to our personal and role power and make right use of that power.
In this gathering we’ll share conversations and stories around our experiences with power and how that’s shaped us. In doing so we’ll create a wider lens through which to see our current experiences, a deeper understanding of why we show up the way we do, and how we can own our power and use it wisely.
