Start your week BEing present with what is as you learn practical tools and exercises to cultivate more mindful living into your everyday experiences. We open our time together with a brief grounding exercise, followed by a new mindfulness practice or tool each week. We explore these techniques with playfulness and curiosity. This is embodied learning. We don’t simply talk about them, but learn through applying them in real time, as we incorporate insights and feedback from the herd. We invite and welcome all of Nature to co-create with us these unique experiences!
